Questions about the website chat
As many as you want: sites are unlimited on all three plans. Each site has its own code, look and allowed domains.
Yes. If your flow hands the conversation to the AI agent and you have Colab Credits, the agent replies in the website chat with your business information, and each reply uses credits. With visitors without a verified identity, the agent replies within a daily cap per visitor and per site, which you can adjust, and does not book or change CRM data.
The conversation stays in your inbox and your team can reply. If they come back to your site from the same browser, they see the replies and pick up the conversation. If they left their email or phone, you can reach them on another channel.
On the Basic plan the website chat shows “Powered by Colab” at the bottom; the Watermark-free bot add-on, at $16 USD/month, removes it. It doesn’t appear on Professional or Advanced.
Sites are unlimited. New website chat conversations have a daily cap: up to 10% of your active conversations per day (500, 2,000 or 5,000 depending on the plan), and each site also has its own daily cap, which you can adjust. Its conversations count toward your plan’s active conversations.
Yes. You can keep your WhatsApp button on the page and place the website chat on the left or right so they don’t overlap. If your WhatsApp is connected to COLAB CRM, conversations from both land in the same inbox.
If your site has sign-in, your server signs a token with the customer’s details and the website chat sends it when it opens. That way the customer reaches your CRM with confirmed details. Whoever builds your site sets this up; pasting the chat code needs no coding.
