What a day in your business looks like

  1. Comes in

A customer asks for a remodeling quote and the bot assigns the request to the advisor with the fewest open chats.

Good morning, I need a quote to remodel a kitchen

  2. Gets handled

The advisor books the site visit from the chat and sends the quote as a PDF.

  3. Closes

The quote moves to negotiation and, once it is awarded, the sale is recorded.
